1.Introduction

We are SEVEN SEAS LINK PTE. LTD. (NextChat, we, us, the Services). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our App. By downloading, installing, or using the App via authorized platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), you irrevocably accept and comply with all terms herein, including referenced Privacy Policy and Terms of Service . If you do not fully understand or agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the App. Under applicable laws, you may retain non-waivable rights that supersede conflicting terms in this Agreement; however, any unenforceable provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Your continued use of the App confirms your explicit acceptance of this Agreement and its ongoing obligations.

2.Community Standards

All narratives, depictions, or interactions must exclusively involve individuals aged 18 or older.

Content that discriminates against, dehumanizes, or incites hostility toward individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is banned.

By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to these prohibitions. Content moderation will be enforced to ensure compliance with legal standards and community values.

Content depicting, promoting, or simulating non-consensual actions—including but not limited to physical, emotional, or digital coercion—is forbidden, even in fictional contexts.

Any material implying, normalizing, or glorifying incestuous relationships is prohibited.

(iii) Prohibited Behavior

To maintain a respectful, secure, and productive community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans, as determined by NextChat:

Personal Attacks: Insults, name-calling, or hostile remarks targeting users, staff, developers, or organizations.

Doxing: Sharing private information about others without consent.

Harassment: Bullying, threats, or intentionally disruptive behavior in discussions.

Irrelevant Posts: Content unrelated to NextChat’s core purpose or services.

Self-Promotion: Advertising personal projects, external tools, services, or commercial ventures.

Spamming: Repetitive, unsolicited messages, code giveaways, or irrelevant link-sharing.

Requests to Bypass Filters: Discussing, advocating for, or attempting to remove NSFW content restrictions.

Explicit Material: Generating or seeking sexually explicit or obscene content.

Impersonation: Falsely claiming affiliation with individuals, entities, or the staff of SEVEN SEAS LINK PTE. LTD..

Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false claims, conspiracy theories, or defamatory statements.

Discriminatory Conduct: Targeting individuals/groups based on protected attributes (e.g., race, gender, religion).

Harmful Rhetoric: Using hate symbols, stereotypes, or supremacist ideologies to demean others.

Unauthorized Sharing: Disclosing private data (e.g., IDs, addresses, medical records) without consent.

Image Exploitation: Posting or distributing photos/images of individuals without permission.

External Links: Posting URLs to websites, social media, products, or unrelated platforms.

Promotions: Direct or indirect advertising of products, services, or fundraising efforts.

3.User Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share through our services ("User Content") and assume all associated risks. It is your duty to ensure that your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. By providing User Content, you confirm that:

Any trademarks visible within your Input Content are either owned by you or used with appropriate permissions within the limits of this Agreement.

Furthermore, specific restrictions and prohibitions apply to both User Content and any content generated through the Services. Non-compliance may result in content removal, account limitations, or other appropriate actions.

4.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to software, code, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other proprietary content (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By using our services, you agree to respect and not infringe upon our Intellectual Property or the rights of any third parties. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or permissions beyond what is expressly stated herein. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of our Intellectual Property may result in legal consequences.

Neither we nor our affiliates, licensors, or service providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, revenues, or business opportunities, whether or not we were advised of such potential harm. This exclusion applies to claims arising from the Services, third-party products or content accessed through the App, or legal actions related to your use of the Services in any jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and accept that your use of the Services and User Content is at your sole risk and responsibility. We assume no obligation to mediate disputes between you and third parties, nor do we guarantee compliance of the Services with legal or regulatory requirements.

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer: Apple/Google Play bears no responsibility for claims related to the App, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection issues. Refunds, if applicable, are governed solely by Apple/Google Play policies and constitute your exclusive remedy.

This limitation of liability and indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the Services.

7.Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, along with our affiliates, partners, and licensors, disclaim all guarantees, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted functionality, error-free operation, accuracy, reliability, or security. The Services may experience disruptions, delays, or data loss, and we do not warrant that content, software, or materials integrated into the Services will remain accessible, defect-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such use is solely at your own risk. You are responsible for obtaining explicit, voluntary consent for any user tracking within the Services and ensuring compliance with privacy obligations. The Services’ outputs should not be treated as definitive truth or a substitute for professional judgment, and we make no guarantees regarding the fulfillment of your expectations or the outcomes of the Services.

We assume no liability for breaches of privacy resulting from misuse of the Services, unauthorized third-party actions, intellectual property violations, or other legal infringements. While no refunds are guaranteed, you may submit refund requests for the App through Apple/Google Play under their respective policies, which shall constitute your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor Apple/Google Play bear responsibility for claims, damages, or costs arising from alleged warranty breaches or Service performance issues.

8.Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, and shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of New York, USA.

9.Changes to the Guidelines

We are committed to enhancing our services and may modify these Terms or our services as needed. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any revisions. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
